Chili-Bration Pizzas
Tex Mex Quesadillas

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 8 servings (4 wedges each)

  • 8 flour tortillas, burrito size (10-inch)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Wolf® Brand Chili No Beans
  • 4 cups (16 ounces) Mexican-blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 cup sour cream (optional)
  1. Lay tortillas on flat surface. Spread 1/4 cup chili over half of each tortilla, within 1-inch of edge. Top chili with 1/2 cup cheese and 1 tablespoon green chilies. Fold each tortilla in half.
  2. Heat quesadillas in large skillet over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until crispy.
  3. Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
