Chili-Bration Pizzas
Corn Chip Pie

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 4 servings (1 cup chips with toppings each)

  • 4 cups original corn chips
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Wolf® Brand Chili No Beans, warmed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies
  • Sour cream and salsa (optional)
  1. Place 1 cup chips each on serving plate. Top each evenly with chili and cheese.
  2. Serve with sour cream and salsa, if desired.
Cook’s Tips:

Top your ’pie’ with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes or chopped red onion to add some color.

Try as a ‘walking taco’ by assembling the meal in a small bag of corn chips for a portable option.
