Chili-Bration Pizzas
Chili Corn Chowder

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 4 servings (1-1/2 cups each)


Ingredients:
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Wolf® Brand Turkey Chili with Beans
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) Chicken Broth
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes in Juice, undrained
  • 1 can (8.75 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
  1. Combine chili, broth, tomatoes, corn, green chilies, and red onion in large sauce pan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Sprinkle cheese and cilantro on top of soup before serving.
