1 can (15 ounces) Wolf® Brand Turkey Chili with Beans
1 can (14.5 ounces) Chicken Broth
1 can (14.5 ounces) Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes in Juice, undrained
1 can (8.75 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Combine chili, broth, tomatoes, corn, green chilies, and red onion in large sauce pan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle cheese and cilantro on top of soup before serving.
