2 cups water
PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
Mrs. Butter-Worth’s® Original Syrup
Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

Stir together pumpkin pie, pancake mix, and water in large bowl. Spray griddle with cooking spray and heat to medium (350°F).
Scoop batter 1/4-cup at a time onto hot griddle. Cook about 2 minutes. Flip pancakes once when tops bubble and bottoms are golden brown. Cook on second side until golden brown and cooked through, about a minute. Serve pancakes with syrup and Reddi-wip!
